Primary Considerations
________________
Speak up Freely
One of the most significant problems in our society is that students often feel too self-conscious to express their personal views due to cultural norms around modesty. My primary goal during classes is to break this tendency and encourage them to voice their opinions confidently. I stimulate a learner-centered approach, activating my teaching strategies to meet the wide-ranging needs, interests, and abilities of my students. I intentionally offer deliberate challenges, which provoke critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I believe that when students look back, they should clearly see how far they have progressed, recognizing their own efforts and achievements.
In Touch with the Modern World
To engage students and enhance learning outcomes, I blend a variety of innovative teaching methodologies and technologies. Interactive activities, contemporary digital tools, and real-world applications of course content make learning relevant and exciting. I continuously update my teaching practices to stay current with educational trends and best practices. Some may struggle with limited access to resources or external pressures impacting their academic performance. Adjusting tactics and style according to my students` individual circumstances is my core consideration.
Reflective Practice and Independent Learning
Reflective practice is crucial for continuous improvement. I encourage students to assess and analyze and critisize their own learning experiences, identify areas for improvement, and set personal goals. Inspired by Archimedes' quote, “Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world”, I believe that my role as a teacher is to provide the right tools and guidance, much like a lever and fulcrum, enabling students to achieve remarkable results on their own.
Strategies & Tactics

Hidden Curriculum
Sometimes students need extra help with language acquisition, which can be particularly challenging due to cultural language barriers and diversity. I adjust my teaching strategies accordingly by providing a hidden curriculum. This includes contrasting culturally relevant materials, creating an inclusive classroom environment, and offering additional support outside of regular class hours. By doing so, I aim to highlight the learning process that addresses the unique needs of each student.
Feedback on Highlighting strengths
Mostly, students feel uncomfortable when the teacher focuses on their mistakes. By emphasizing what they do well, one may build their confidence and trigger enthusiasm. This positive reinforcement encourages students to leverage their strengths to concentrate on areas that need improvement. Even though their mistakes are mentioned, they are addressed personally, nurturing those mistakes as a weapon for future success. I prefer constructive feedback that guides them on how to enhance their skills and sustain an objective mindset. By providing clear instructions and leveraging their strengths, I help students become self-reliant learners, accelerate their strengths as a career prospect.
Professional Development
I persistently pursue professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest educational research and trends. This commitment to lifelong learning ensures that I bring fresh ideas and best practices into the classroom. I am constantly exploring. Like Archimedes with his lever and fulcrum, I provide the necessary tools and guidance for students to move the world through their own efforts and initiative by implementing new investigations in my lessons.
